Before you visit
Four of the five salons are open 10.30am to 9.30pm daily, including weekends and public holidays. Tampines 1 closes half an hour earlier, at 9.00pm.
Walk-ins are welcome when we have a chair, but weekends and evenings fill up. If you have a specific stylist or a specific service in mind, message the salon first.
Each salon has its own landline and its own mobile number. WhatsApp goes to the mobile, and that is the fastest way to reach a specific outlet. Message the salon at least two days before the date you want; your appointment is confirmed only once that salon replies.
There is a 15 minute grace period on the day. Past that, we reserve the right to serve the next customer first so the rest of the day stays on schedule.
